Behavioral Agreement for Early Childhood

The PYP behavioral agreement is based on the Vampire Values. These values encompass:

PYP Attitudes: appreciation, commitment, confidence,

creativity, cooperation, curiosity, empathy, enthusiasm,
independence, integrity, respect, tolerance
IB Learner Profile: inquirer, knowledgeable, thinker,
communicator, principled, open-minded, caring, risk-taker,
balanced, reflective.
4 rights and responsibilities: for learning, to self, to all
others, and for property.

All students will:

Seek to understand and model PYP attitudes and elements
of the IB Learner Profile.
Be polite and show respect to everyone in school.
Contribute to a positive learning environment for all.
Respect the personal property of others.
Understand the appropriate use of technology.
Dress appropriately for weather and scheduled activities.
Follow the behavioral guidelines established by the class and the school.
Take responsibility for any items brought to school.
As a parent, I have reviewed this document with my child. We understand that by signing this, we
have both read and understood the behavioral expectations and that we will abide by it.
We also understand that various consequences may be implemented should the student (my child)
refuse to abide by these values and engage in inappropriate behavior.
The school recognizes the importance of maintaining a positive partnership with the parents and
providing appropriate and timely feedback to ensure the students' well-being.
