Celebrating AISB's Youngest Learners

Helping young children begin to understand Who We Are guides much of the learning during early years, and
families play a vital role in childrens healthy development. The AISB EC3 and EC4 teams are excited to celebrate the
extraordinary children and families that are a part of our community. Come celebrate with us!

Monday: Move N Groove Monday

Let's gather in the EC atrium to kick off our week with music and dancing from 8:10 8:30.

Tuesday: Tasty Tuesday

Parents are kindly asked to bring in one food item for the event
and are invited to join us for a yummy morning
in the EC Atrium from 8:00-8:15

Wednesday: "Weed" Together Wednesday

Join us for Storytime from 1:30 2:00 in the Clownfish Class (Room 9),
followed by planting along the lawn and sidewalks outside the EC entrance.

Thursday: Artsy Thursday

From 8:00 8:20 drop in and add "Who We Are" to your child's class
banner: paint flags from our country, add your handprint, collage
with fun materials, BE CREATIVE!

Friday: Family Fun Day Friday

Celebrate your little one and our international community
during our Family Fun Day Friday. We will share a picnic potluck
lunch between 11:30 and 12:00 on the Kindergarten Playground
picnic area (parents are asked to bring along their favorite
picnic blanket, a meal for their own family, and some to share
with others). Take time to pick up a game of horseshoes or
swing some hula hoops with new and old EC friends.

Anticipating moving into our very own facilities soon, the EC Teaching Team hopes that this special week,

may become an annual spring tradition
to promote a strong sense of community and prepare all for smooth transitions.
