and venerology.In this morning, I'll be presenting my case report with the titled
cutaneus larva migrant. I am interested with cutaneus larva migrant because is
commond disease. The disease usually attack in farmer, who ussually dont use
footgear. I think that disease may recognize in future. I hope that my case
presentation will can obtain some benefit and additional information for us. So,

Medical History Now
Patients come to the poly skin Kanjuruhan Hospital with complaints arising
itching in the right calf since 1 week ago. Itching is accompanied by a feeling of
heat continuously, not become heavy at night and do not become heavy when
sweating. In addition, the patient complained of raised red rash on the back of
the right foot and then move to the front of the right calf. Pimple appears
elongated and winding like a thread.
Patients was denied rash on parts of the body such as the fingers, armpits front,
around the navel and lower abdomen, anus, buttocks, thighs. Patients never had
fever before. Pimple is not filled with fluid and also pus-filled. The skin around
the pimple appears to be scaly. The middle section does not seem to heal and no
parts are more active when compared with other parts.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Good, awareness compos mentis, GCS (E4V5M6), good nutritional status
VITAL SIGNS
Tension, pulse rate, Respiratory rate , Temperature was not measure
Physicall examination
Head,Eyes,ear nose throat,Git,Neck,thorax, pulmo, abdomen, columna vertebral
were norm condition
