The stereo amplifier apparatus specialization in the performance, have versatility-changed

output (stereo, parallel and bridged selector), you will hear excellence music.
Input matching allows collection with any preamplifier
Excellent frequency echo and sound quality
XLR unbalanced and 6.3 jack output.
High-speed and low noise fan for releasing heat. When the temperature rises, the fan
automatically switches to high- speed, it re-back to normal speed at other times to reduce
power consumption
The apparatus have changed limited overload function, when it turns on the apparatus
most output.
Status indicators of SIG and CLIP. When there is any signal added, the SIG LED lights up.
When there is overload, the CLIP LED lights up. If anything abnormal happens to the
circuits, the CLIP LED will be continuously on, with no action from the circuits. This helps
the user to determine which status it is in. .
Power supply of steady circuit adopted to unaided voltage output of highly cabinet.
Output jack specialization in female speaker jack.

7.1.Stereo mode
7.1.1 Input 1KHz signal , load 4 Ohm , output voltage should be more than 32V(MAC2.2)/
44V (MAC2.3)/ 55V(MAC2.4) , (CH -A &CH-B)

7.1.2 Set the SW on the rear panel to the STEREO position .

7.1.3 Turn on the unit, the SIG and CLIP-LED should be light off when whitout signal input .
The SIG LED will light on when input signal. If the CLIP-LED lights on when the
output level is too high
7.1.4 Bandwidth, distortion, S/N ratio, please refer to the specification .
7.1.5 Input 1KHz signal , turn on the CLIP-LIMIT SW, the output is not increase when the input
signal level increases gradually .
7.1.6 Input 30Hz sine wave, output power is 1W. After turns on Flitter ,the out put will attenuate 9 1.5 dB .
7.2. Paralle mode
7.2.1 Set the SW to PAPALLEL position, input signals from CHA; CHA,B have the output signal.
7.3. Bridged mode
7.3.1 Set the SW to bridged position ,input signal from CHA, the output should be more than 60V(MAC2.2)
/ 80V(MAC2.3 ) / 105V(MAC2.4).

7.2. PCB test procedure & specification

instrument: (1) audio analysis 7724 (2) oscillograph (3) two loads 4 (4) power source (5) DMM.

7.2.1: Without the signal input, adjust VR1, to make DC voltage of R11(3000-R PCB) and R13 (3000-L PCB) by
0.16 0.01V(MAC2.2/2.3).
7.2.2: Input sine wave 1KHz 3dB to CH-A and CH-B, the output of each channel should be 36V larger(MAC2.2) 42V larger
(MAC2.3), distortion less than 0.1%.
7.2.3: Input sine wave 1KHz 3dB, and then connect separately with 2load. Adjust R2 & R3(PSA-3000-R) /R2
&R3(PSA-3000-L) to make the output 29.2 0 .2V(MAC2.2), 37.5 0.2V(MAC2.3).
7.2.4: After heating P.T.C. on the heat sink for 10 seconds, the fan should work quicker. Heat P.T.C. about 5 seconds more
again, then the signal should be cut off automatically. (CHA, CHB)
7.2.5: Set the switch to PARALLEL, input signals from CHA, output should be from CHB .
2.6: Set the switch to BRIDGE. Input signals from CHA. BRIDGE output should be more than 68V(MAC2.2 8)/84V
(MAC2.3 8).
7.2.7: Turn on the filter, then input 30Hz sine wave , output should attenuate 8.51dB(CHA, CHB)
7.2.8: Turn on the LIMIT, increase input signal to +6dB gradually, output distortion should be limited less than 2%. (CHA, CHB)
7.2.9 Set the volume to minimum. Make the output terminal short-circuit. When set the volume to maximum, the power
consumption should be less than 400W.(CHA, CHB)
Note: When PSA-3000-R is tested, do all the items above. When PSA-3000-L is tested, it is unnecessary to do item 5.

Refer to instrument (1) audio analysis 7724 (2) oscillograph (3) two load 4(4) power source (5) DMM.
7.3.1 Without the signal input, to make DC voltage of R131 (MAC2.4-A)/R131 (MAC2.4) &R146 (MAC2.4-A), R246(MAC2.4-B)
by 0.090.01V.
7.3.2 Input signal of 1KHz 2dB to CH-A & CH-B, each output is more than 55V and the distortion less than 0.1%. (Stereo)
7.3.3 Input sine wave 1KHz 2dB, and then connect separately with 2of load. Adjust the output of R139/R140(MAC2.4-A)
(MAC2.4-B) between 49.20.2V.
7.3.4 After heating the P.T.C. on the heat sink with a heat gun for 10 seconds. The fan should work more quickly. Heat P.T.C.
about 5 seconds more again, then the signal should be cut off automatically. (CHA, CHB)
7.3.5 Set the switch to PARALLEL, input signals from CHA, output should be from CHB
7.3.6 Set the switch to BRIDGE. Input signals from CHA. BRIDGE output should be more than 100V (8).
7.3.7 Turn on the filter, then input 30Hz sine wave , output should attenuate 8.51dB. (CHA, CHB)
7.3.8 Turn on the LIMIT, input signal +6dB more, output distortion should be limited less than 3%. (CHA, CHB)
7.3.9 Without the signal input, test any one of R143 & R142, the voltage should be less than 60V(CHA); R243&R242, the
voltage less than 60V (CHB).
7.3.10 Set the volumes to minimum, set the output terminal of short circuit. When set the volume to maximum, the power
consumption should be less than 600W. (CHA, CHB)
Note: When MAC2.4-A is tested, do all the items above. When MAC2.4-B is tested, it is unnecessary to do item 5.
