    Colombia is an emergent nation that must solve his problems to obtain the best

    benefits opposite to the process of globalization which it has entered. The


    principal Colombian problems that constitute a barrier for the development of
    the country are the subordination of public, corruption, inequality in the
    distribution of the wealths, delegitimation of the State, loss of civil conviviality,
    armed conflict, illegality, drug trafficking and constant violation towards the
    human rights; In addition Colombia must develop a new productive and
    political culture abolishing logical practices of behavior established, as the
    dependence of the exports of oil and coal and the illegality, a trade policy more
    active that it produces a sectorial and technological alteration of the productive
    device with incorporation of all the levels of the society. Colombia possesses all
    the resources to be an excellent nation, but it is necessary to overcome all
    these difficulties to grow inside the current dynamics of globalization.
