Brine shrimp lab

Materials:
- brine shrimp eggs
- water
- salt
- conditioner
- yeast
- plastic cups + lids
- plastic pipette
- balance
- graduated cylinder
Steps of lab:
1. Prepare salt solutions:
a. Label cups:
include ppt of solution, initials of group members.
b. Measure amount of salt for each cup.
c. Add 50 mL of water to each cup.
3. Poke holes in lids.
4. Add 1 drop of conditioner to each cup.
5. Add 1 mL of shrimp egg mixture into each cup.
6. Add 1 mL of yeast mixture to each cup.
