The 715,000 feet of 48 fiber OPGW we received from Suzhou Furukawa Power
Optic Cable Co., Ltd. was unloaded on July 28, 2006 at our headquarters ahead
of schedule. All the reels are testing well and seem to be in good quality
condition.
After having the opportunity to visit the factory and witness first hand the
process that is taken in manufacturing the OPGW, I am confident that your cable

further certify that Fiber Optic Telecommunication System for this project is in
good quality and stable operation. All requirements were satisfied as per our
request such as transmission characteristics or mechanical performance, and
satisfied requirements that were issued by our electric power department
completely.
