INTRODUCTION
On 29 July,2009 National Green Tribunal Bill, which provides for the
establishment of a National Green Tribunal for effective and expeditious disposal
of cases relating to the enviroment protection and to look at other enviromental
issues, was presented before the parliament and get president's assent on 2
June,2010 and notified on 18 October,2010.

OBJECTIVE
The project aim to bring light on some important area over which tribunal
deals with and how does it work to fulfill the requirement which were laid
down by National Green Tribunal Act,2010.
1. To analyse National Green Tribunal protect and conserve forests and
Natural resourses and deals with the cases by it's rules and regulations
2. To study how Tribunal protect the right of individual which is assured
under Article 21 of healthy environment and their enforcement.
3. To know the amendments to other environment act which were passed
by the parliament before NGT act and to understand the importance of
these amendments which were done either by addition or by some
minor changes.

HYPOTHESIS

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
For the purpose of doing the project doctrinal research methodology has been
adopted for presenting the material in the project some law books journals and
magazines have been consulted .The information in the project has been
represented to the best of knowledge and availability of means and resources. To
present the information due care has been taken to present the material in correct
perspective.
