verifies the seal and signature of the local state authority that has attested the certificate.
Step 3: Verification of the Educational Degree Certificate from the concerned University. This step
is not applicable for all the countries; this process of University Verification is only initiated for the
countries like Qatar, Oman, Yemen and Saudi. The Embassies of these countries do not legalize
the certificate without university verification.
