Team Leader Quality Key Responsibilities:

Production planning and control, process monitoring, assignment and review of


work list, analysis of SLA parameters viz. team performance and planning
continuous improvement in performance, process optimization, adherence to
reporting schedules and maintaining all necessary process documentation as per
the QMS. Introduce and refine measures supporting and enhancing quality on the
production floor
Work allocation and close monitoring of meeting the daily and weekly targets
Counselling the team on regular basis for minimizing absenteeism and rate of
attrition along with effective grievance handling
Ensuring one to one feedback is given to scribes by respective QA on day to day
basis
Review of Audits and ATAs
Organizing and Driving calibrations
Tracking the KRAs of team members
Generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports for the purpose of
internal and external use

Minimum Skills Required for the Role/ Promotion:


Graduates in any stream
A total of 3+ years of work experience Applicants should have at least 1 year of
experience in doing transaction audits
Previous team handling experience would be an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
