Spaghetti alla

Carbonara
Ingredients for 4 people:
- Spaghetti 400g
Parmigiano
- Bacon 200g
- 4 eggs

- Grated
- Pepper
- Garlic and oil

What you have to do step by step.


1. Put a large saucepan of water on to boil.
2. Finely chop the bacon and a clove of garlic.
3. When the water is boiling, add spaghetti to
the saucepan.
4. Pour 3 spoons of olive oil in a pan, let it warm
up and then add the bacon and garlic to fry.
When the bacon is turning golden, switch the
burner off and take out the garlic.
5. Beat the eggs in a big bowl, add 100/150g of
Parmigiano and add how much pepper you
like.
6. Drain spaghetti al dente.
7. Turn on the burner, pour spaghetti in the pan
with bacon and stir to spread the bacon.
8. Quickly pour the content of the pan into the
bowl and quickly stir powerfully.

9. Serve asap pouring some Parmigiano on


every plate.
