Caveats for All Facilities and Packages

Smith Event Center Rental Terms Agreement

Prices are subject to change without notice for anyone without an executed contract
No rental will exceed midnight
Alcohol service is permitted but must conclude one hour prior to the end of the event. A licensed bartender is
required.
Access to a facility shall begin at the beginning of the contract time unless extra hours are purchased.

Flower Shop Inc. Store Credit Terms

The Flower Shop Inc. is located at 1410 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN.
The appointment hours to meet with a wedding consultant is 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. Please call 865-9814222 to schedule your appointment at least two months prior to your event.
The store credit is only valid for any floral, dcor, or gift items through the store. The credit expires when the store closes
on the day of the event.
