1. RELATIONSHIP TABLE
This picture show the relationship which is used in the system to
relate each table in the data system.

2. MENU FORM
Consist of button that straight connect to the purchase form. There
are also including button of purchase by month, purchase by
suppliers, purchase by product, and purchase by payment method
which will generate a graph for each of the items.

3. PURCHASE RECORD
This is the purchase form of the system where its record all the
information for each transaction.

4. PURCHASE REPORT BY MONTH

This is the graph of the purchase report by month. The graph show
us the statistic of the purchase for every month that occur in the
company.

5. PURCHASE BY PRODUCTS
This graph showing the total purchase of each product offered by
the company. From the graph we can indicate the lowest and the
highest purchase of the product.

6. PURCHASE BY PAYMENT METHOD

This is the graph showing of the payment method of the company
which consist of the three payment method. This graph show us the
highest transaction method using between company and supplier.

7. PURCHASE BY SUPPLIERS
This is the graph which showing us the statistic of purchasing by
supplier. The graph indicate the highest and lowest purchase
statistic of the suppliers.

8. PURCHASE RECEIPT
This is the receipt of the company. The receipt can be generate for
every transaction that occur between supplier and the company.
