Pt.1
1. Relax whole body. While relaxing talk to self (physically or in
mind) while relaxing parts.
2. Once relaxed concentrate on breathing. Breath normally. But try
to calm breathing. Don't force it, it will come naturally.
Follow breathing pattern imagine air as energy.
Blue = in-breath = good energy
Black = out-breath = old energy
3. When relaxed imagine walking on water or flying in the air.
Don't try to visualize or practice an obe. pg.1 2
Past life meditation done separately or after.
1. Point eyes toward 3rd eye.
2. Imagine your astral body going through a tunnel coming from
your 3rd eye.
3. 100 yds ahead of you you see a set of glass doors through those
doors comes a white light.
4. As you look at this light try to feel at peace. Go into the light until

full relaxed / at peace.


5. Imagine your higher-self doing a spiritual meditation.
6. Feel becoming more relaxed.
7. Go deeper into the meditation.
8. Visualize the black / blue breaths.
9. Imagine going into a higher body.
10. Imagine a library.
11. Then imagine yourself getting a book (a past life) out of a book
case w/ 100's or 1000's of books.
12. Go back to the previous body, then to the astral body (location in
front of glass doors).
13. As your in your astral body take note of what the book looks
like.
14. Read the book or try to see images of your past life.
15. Return to your body.
