Xanina 2012; A Success

Students, and faculty and staff of the College of Business Administration and Accountancy support the
Xanina Collection 2012: Fashion and Variety Show, this February 14. The event is for the celebration of
Xanina Festival. The show is held at the MSU Gymnasium, six oclock in the evening.
Selected BA&A students modeled each of the sponsors fashion collection. First on stage is the Identitee
shirt that shows the companys creativity in terms of t-shirt layout and design. Sharm: Charms on Style
presents elegance in their corporate attires collection. Ivan Raborar Couture fashion collection brings
the show to the finale.
Dance and musical presentations prepared by the students add entertainment in the event.
College of BA&A Dean Peelbar Salarda expressed his delight for the successful event. The faculty and
staff, Prof. Ramon Descallar and Beethoven Morales also attend to support the show.

BASCO election on the go

Election for new set of officers for the academic year 2012-2013 of Business
Administration & Accountancy Student Council (BASCO) is on March 1, 2012. Filing of
candidacy was made available for one day only on February 29,2012 to provide
interested students ample time in deciding the certainty of their application and have
their decision final once and for all. Election Criteria were amended so interested are
advised to verify on the modified Constitution and By-Laws accessible at BASCO Office.
And according to the BASCO, no meeting de avansi will take place, only campaign
materials can make publicity.
