The possibility of visiting members that do not come

to the meetings.
Oulton's business college: No news. Waiting for them
to call but I will go see them.
Business cards: Steve VE9SF and Misha will be
looking at what can be done.
25 years: It will soon be 25 years that the club was
founded.
Although it is 2 years away from now, we have to
choose a date for a reunion. The first meeting was in
August 1993.
Mobile trailer: Tobie, Angus, Guy,Yvon, and Jim are
the members of the trailer committee.
Angus and Yvon gave a report of their findings and
recommendations.
The trailer will be moved to Tobie's place until all
issues are solved.

Make a policy that would have any committees to
report to the executive first and then to the
members.

If a member is expelled from one club and wants
to join our club, he will have to rejoin the original
club first and it would have to pass 2/3 of our
