‘The Early College Memorandum of Understanding between Birmingham
City Schools, the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and the Woodlawn,
Foundation.
‘That approval is granted for Birmingham City Schools to enter into a
contract with UAB and Woodlawn Foundation to offer early college
enrollment to Woodlawn High School students. The financial commitment
from BCS shall not exceed $80,000.00 per school year. The Agreement
would run from the effective date of execution until such time that the
Agreement is terminated pursuant to the termination clause set forth therein,
Not to exceed $80,000.00 per year.
‘This agreement will allow students at Woodlawn High School the
opportunity to earn college credits while enrolled in high school.
