Ingredients:
2 Slices of Bread
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon of milk
20 g Butter

Puddings
Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
100 g milk chocolate
100 g dark chocolate
3 eggs
cup castor sugar
2 tablespoons plain flour
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200C (fan forced)
- Melt chocolate and butter (in a bowl over saucepan of water on
the stove) stir until just melted, make sure no water touches!
- In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, sugar and flour
- Mix all together and divide in to 4 coffee or tea cups
- Cook for 15-20 minutes @ 200C (fan forced oven)
- To make sure they are cooked, they should rise, be soft in the
middle but not too jelly-like!
Serve with double cream or ice cream!
Hint:
Can be made, stored in fridge and reheated
For a twist, replace dark chocolate with flavoured chocolate for
example, Lindt Mint Dark Chocolate or Lindt Orange Dark Chocolate!

Quiche
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 40 Minutes
Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry
200 g ham, chopped
cup grated cheese
1 tablespoon parsley
4 eggs
1 cups pouring cream
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
sea salt and cracked black pepper
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced)
- Line 28cm quiche dish with pastry
- Blind bake the pastry and set aside to cool
- Reduce oven temperature to 160C
- Sprinkle tart shell with ham, cheese and parsley
- Whisk together the eggs, cream, mustard, salt and pepper
- Pour over the other ingredients in the tart shell
- Bake for 40 minutes or until set
Serve warm or cold in wedges with a simple green salad!
*Blind baking:
top pastry with baking paper that extends past the edge
of the pastry
fill with pastry weights or uncooked rice or beans
place on baking tray in preheated oven (180C) for 10
minutes
remove weights and paper
bake for a further 5 minutes or until pastry is golden
Rocky Road
Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
1 large block cream cheese
1 shallot, chopped finely
2 slices ham, chopped finely
8 pieces crystalised ginger, chopped finely
pinch of salt
1 cup chopped almonds
Method:
Mix together cream cheese, shallot, ham, ginger and salt
Roll into a ball
Roll in chopped almonds
Serve with biscuts, carrot sticks or celery sticks
Hint:
Ingredients can be modified to suit your taste.
Can be refrigerated for a day or so before serving or can
be served immediately!
Cold
Ingredients:
Large sour cream
packet French onion soup
packet spring vegetable soup
1 packet frozen spinach, thawed
Method:
Cut top off cob loaf and pull out
inside, break into bite sized pieces
Mix all ingredients together in the
loaf

Ingredients
Pasta, cooked as per directions on packet
1 packet frozen spinach, thawed
30g butter
8 spring onions, finely chopped
3 cloves crushed garlic
1tbspn plain flour
1 x 375ml can carnation milk
cup grated tasty cheese
salt and pepper
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
Method
Squeeze excess water from spinach
Toast pine nuts under grill until slightly brown (check frequently as
they burn easily)
Melt butter in large fry pan
Add garlic and spring onions, cook, stirring for 5 minutes
Add flour, stir for 1 minute over heat until bubbling
Stir in carnation milk and spinach
Cook, stirring until sauce boils and thickens
Stir in cheese, salt and pepper until cheese melts
Pour over pasta
Garnish with pine nuts and chopped spring onions
Serve immediately
Hints
Can be made gluten free change to appropriate flour and use
gluten free pasta
