In Local News

On Thursday, a former first grade teacher, Jason Fennes, 42, admitted to molesting four
female students, he also admitted to having sexual intercourse with a 15 year old girl he
met while working as a track coach at Butler High School in the year 1997. Jason pleaded
guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual assault and three counts of sexual assault. He
scheduled to be in court Sept. 30 in Somerset County for sex abuse of another girl at
Cedar Hill Prep School in Franklin Township. Fennes, will be given 14 years in prison
Morris County charges, and a concurrent term of seven years for the Somerset County
charge and his sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 2.

On Thursday around 4:30 p.m. a teenage girl,16, was walking on the 500 block of walnut
street in Roselle, New Jersey. A man in a silver SUV that looked like it could have been a
Nissan Rogue, tried to kidnap the young girl, but she managed to get away, after being
grabbed by the waist and was seeking for help. The man who attempted to kidnap the
young girl was described as a Caucasian, he looked about 30 years old and had dark hair.

Also, On Tuesday at 8a.m. on the 100 block of West 7th street, a 12 year old girl was also
almost abducted on her way to school, the man held up a jacket and told the girl he had
something for her. The man dropped the jacket a grabbed her arm, but was able to get
away as well. Police say a Nissan Rogue might have also occurred during this time.
Lastly, police received a report of a 15-year-old girl who was walking on the 200 of block
of East 8th Avenue. The car pulled along side her and the driver asked if she wanted a
ride, she wasnt kidnapped either.
It was three attempts this week, authorities has requested that people that people that
have social media to follow the police departments for the information about the
incidents.

In National News

Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel said We cannot afford to lose another generation to the
gangs and to the streets and to the guns and to the violence,. Emmanuel expresses his
plan to help improve violence in Chicago and why the people need to support the
Chicago police department. His plan consists of having enforcement, investment and
prevention. Emanuel wants to add 970 new police officers to the force and seeking more
federal help to assist in crime-fighting and supporting a bill that would ensure repeat gun
offenders receive the strongest sentencing. The mayor also stated that the police
department needs to regain trust back of the citizens after a number of white cops killing
black teens. For investment, the city plans to require every officer to wear a body camera
and carry a Taser and for prevention Emanuel said the city needed to keep guns out of the

hands of criminals. The mayor echoed his continued support for a bill that would hold
Chicago gun stores accountable for selling to criminals and would also ensure repeat
offenders face harsh sentences.

Alberto Palacio Vizcaino, 22 was stabbed in the eye which pierced his brain, has
survived, maintaining 90 percent of his sight and suffering no brain damage. This
happened after a fight he had with Daniel Del Valle Serrano, 22, because Daniel had a
relationship with Albertos 17 year old sister. There was a witness at the saw the incident
and said Serrano stabbed Vizcaino in his left eye and then ran off. Vizcaino tried to take
the knife, but he was unable to. After being taken to the hospital, Vizcaino had to wait 18
hours with the blade in his head. When doctors examined him, they found the knife had
penetrated 3.1 inches into the side of his eye socket, and that the weapon had also pierced
his brain.

Jasmine Abuslin, 19 has a lawsuit for the Oakland with 66 million because she admits to
having sex with almost 30 Oakland law enforcement officials throughout the Bay Area
over the last two years, some of them when she was still a minor. The teen's attorneys,
Pamela Price and Charles Bonner, say she has been a victim of sex trafficking since she
was 12. Before Abuslin turned 18, the claim says, In 2015, she met Oakland Police

Officer Brendan OBrien who is now deceased while she was running from a pimp.
Having come into contact with a minor running from her pimp, Officer OBrien was
obligated under California Penal Code 236.2 to make certain inquiries regarding
Abuslins wellbeing. Abuslin also opened about experiences as a prostitute at the age of
16 and 17 and her relations with 14 officers at that time.

In International News
The federal prosecutor's office says a 22-year-old German man has been detained at
Duesseldorf airport from his return from Turkey for membership in the Islamic State
group. Anil O., whose last name was not given in accordance with German privacy law,
is accused of having gone to Syria in August 2015 to join the extremist group. The
statement says he was given at least one Kalashnikov rifle and several hand grenades
during his training and told to be ready to join IS' fight. The man also is suspected of
having asked other people in Germany to move to Syria and Iraq to become part of the
militant group. It is understood the suspect left Syria and moved to Turkey last winter.

On September 16, 2016 a teenage girl from Heilongjiang, China has tied her mom up to
a chair until she died. The young girl whose name is, Chen Xin, has turned herself in to
the police. Xin, has been sent to an academy that treats young children with addictions
and rebellious youths. The Centre was Xin claimed that there were beatings involved and
students were forced to "eat in front of the toilet bowl" as a form of punishment, The
Paper added.

also expected to see significant action. Dolphins running backs have netted only 82 yards
in the team's first two games, both losses.Center Mike Pouncey was ruled out Friday for
the third week in a row as he recovers from a hip injury

photo of her on Instagram. The picture was of baby, Dusty, sleeping laying her head on
Levine's tatted chest. He said, "Words can't describe," Prinsloo captioned it, using a heart
emoji.
