VELOCIRAPTOR

Triceratops was a very big dinosaur and very heavy. They had 4 legs and
one tale like other dinosaurs but they were different because they had three
horns on their face, a very large body and a unique frill around their head.
They lived in the late Cretaceous Period (around 70 million years ago).
They lived in the United States and Canada. The tyrannosarus Rex wanted to
eat the Triceratops but they used their three horns for protection. They were
herbivores, they ate plants.
They were 8 metres long and 3 metres tall and they weighed between 6
and 12 tons. Their head was enormous, more or less two metres. They
couldnt run very fast.
Velociraptor could run fast, it was intelligent and a ferocious killer, using his
teeth and claws they could kill their victims and eat them. The Velociraptor
was very small, it was similar to a dog. They were 1.5 metres tall and they
weighed 15 kg.
They lived in the late Creaceous Period in Asia. They found Fossils in
Russia, China and Mongolia.
Velociraptor was a carnivore, they ate meat and they killed other animals
and ate them.
