CONSTIPATION

Patient with contipation give 3 type medication

1. Oral Medication (tablets)
Example : Dulcolax tablets 5 mg
The methode of giving :
- If you not defecate you can not eat this
2. Oral Medication (syrup)
Example : Lactulax syrup
The methode of giving :
- Same with the tablets if you not defecate you can not consume this
3. Suppository medications
Example : Microlax
The methode of giving :
- Hand wash until clean
- Use the handscoon
- Take the suppository from pack
- Adjust the position patient to sleeping and lower leg straight and upper leg toward
the abdomen
- Lift the bottom to reach the anus
- Enter the suppository, be pressed and then hold until suppository enter in rectum

- Stay side sleeping position with two leg straight down until 5 minutes
- Wait until the patient want defecate

ALLERGY

Medication for patient with itch allergy give 2 medication

1. Oral medication (tablets)
Example : loratadine tablets 10 mg
The methode of giving :
- Can be consume at itch or with doctor receipt
2. Ointment medication
Example : hydrocortisone ointment
The methode of giving :
- Clean part the skin allergy with soft cloth
- Smear the ointment at itch area. Dont smear bold in area
- Flatten in thin ointment
- Dont touch and remove ointment until dry
