3.Asepticallytransferthisaliquotbackintothebrothtube.Mixwell.
4.Useseveraldropsofthesuspensiontoinoculatea#3agarslantand/orplate.
5.Incubatethetubesandplateat45Cfor48hours.

Notes
ThisstrainwasoriginallydepositedasBacillusstearothermophilus.
Within48hoursofincubation,colonymorphologyon#3agarappearsascircular,glistening,smooth,
entire,opaque,andflat.Cellsaremotilerodsthatappearinsinglesandpairs.
