teacher at forestry training centre Tay Nguyen in Gialai Province. Now I am doing
Master course at VFU on Silviculture.
I got married in 2008 and now I have got a son. He is 3 years old. He is very

2. Topic: House and Home.
Hello teacher!
I would like to tell you about my house and home. Fist about my house. It was built
in 2008 in the quite countryside. My house is small but it is very beautiful. It has 5
rooms: a living room, a kitchen room, a bathroom, and 2 bed rooms, one for my
husband and I, one for mother in law. The living room is the largest about 20m2.
It has a wall clock, a TV, a tables and chairs between room. The kitchen room is
small but it is very convenient. There is a street in front of my house. My house also
has a small garden beside and behind my house with some tree as: Coffee trees,
Fruit trees
It is about my house, the following I would to tell about my home. My home has 4
members: Mother in law, my husband, my son and me. My mother in law is
seventy nine years old. Her health is very weak. My son is 3 years old. He is very
naughty and lovely. My husband names Hau. He is thirty _ two years old. My family
is happy, because all of the members in my family love each other very much. I
think that family is very important to all of us because part of us. We can choose
friends but we have only one family.

My full name is Nguyen Thi Linh. I was born and grew up in Gialai province. My topic
today is about Education and Future career. In former times, I studied of forestry at
Ty Nguyn University, Bun M Thut City, Daklak province. At first actualy, I did
not like this discipline because I think that it was boring, inflexible and hardly. But
then I liked it, I visited many places, remote regions and I understood more about its

meaning. This industry is more meaningful participation in environmental

protection, sustainable development ...
In the present, I am teaching at forestry training centre Tay Nguyen in Gialai
Province. Being a teacher, I need to have widen knowledge about my job. So I have
to have master degree and the first I have to try to pass the exam and become a
master student. Now I am doing Master course at VFU on Silviculture.

Nice to meet you today
My full name is Nguyen Thi Linh. I was born and grew up in Gialai province. My topic
today is about Learning a Foreign Language. Nowaday, learing English has became
popular all over the world as well as in Viet Nam. Its necessary for every body.
Everybody speak English because of its popularily. English has bought a lot of good.
If I learn English well. It will be easier for me to find a good job. And it helps me to
use the computer more easily. I think I just need to spend more time and learn
harder, than I can learn it well and have good results.
I like listening English songs, reads and magazines in English and especially I want
to speak to foreigners. Its difficult to learn English well. Of the 4 kills, Im worried
about speaking and listening skills because my pronouncation isnt like English
people and I can hardly understand what they say.
To improve the skills, I usually listen to English music. Besides structures I think
learning English must have a lot of vocabulary because if we know a lot of grammar
but we dont have enough words we cant express our ideas and we cant
understand everybody speak. That is all my topic
5. Topic: Weather: Thi tit
Hello teacher!
Lets me introduce myself:.
Lets me start my topic. It is about weather. The weather in different parts of Viet
Nam is not the same. In the North there are 4 seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn,
Winter. But in the South there are only two seasons: Dry season and rainy season.
Today, Id like to talk about the weather in Gialai . Gialai is in the Central Highlands
of Viet Nam. So there are only two seasons. The rainy season lasts Afril to October

and the dry season is November to March. Now Im going to tell you the weather is
like in each seasons.
In the rainy season, its wet and cool. It rains a lot so the streets are very mudy and
dirty. So its difficult (not comfortable) to travel. But the trees grow very fast in rainy
season.
In the dry season, its hot and the humidity is low, the temperature is to high. The
maximum (highest) temperature can be (reach) 350C (degree cellcius). While the
lowest temperature is only 150C (degree cellcius). However in the dry season there
are many interesting things (such as not having to go to school, eating a lot of kinds
of good fruit going to the beach).
As you can see, season has both advantages and disadvantages. But I frefer rainy
season. Because the air in the rainy season is fresh, cool. In general, the weather in
Gialai is good compared to the weather other provinces.

Hello teacher!
Lets me introduce myself:.
Lets me start my topic. It is about shopping. Im a teacher so I dont have a lot of
money. Therefor, I mainly go window - shopping, this make me feel very excited.
Because after a time in order to work hard. I will be relaxed and I dont have to think
about everything when I go shopping. I often go to with my friend. We go shopping
onece a month.
Usually when we go shopping at first we dont intend to buy anything but after
looking anything. But after we decide to buy something that its nescessary for us.
We cant help each other about price and choosing things my friend is good at
bargaining. Each time I go shopping to spend around 500 thousand VN
In gerneral, shopping is useful, too. Because it helps us not be stressful and pleased
in own. In other words, shopping is good way to change and to make our life more
exciting.

Lets me start my topic. It is about Food and drink. The following me, food and drink
is very important in everyday life, because it provides us with energy to live and
work. I should kind of food and drink have a good health such as: vegetables, fruits,
boiled and filtered water, high protein foods such as fish, fresh beef..because they
provide many vitamins good for health. I should avoid eating kind of food and drink
such as: fast foods, fizzy drinks, salty foods, raw meat ( raw fish)because They
produce more cholesterol, increasing the risk of diseases such as stroke,
cardiovascular, stomach pain.
As for me, I like kind of food such as: vegetables, fruits (avocado, orange).and
kind of drink such as: boiled and filtered water (every day I drink about 1.5 liters of
water), juice fruit (carrot). I often buy food at the local market. When I have free
time, I buy fruits and vegetables from indigenous people because they are clean
and safe

My daily life is very interesting. I usually get up early in the morning. After brushing
my teeth, having breakfast with my family, I take my son to preschools, then I go to
school I come back home at 5pm and have dinner with family at home. Of the three
meals, I like cooking for dinner. Because I have free time to cook tastier. My
husband sometimes helps me pick vegetables, washing dishes. My husband is the
main wage earner in the family
In the evening, we usually watch TV, or listen to music. Sometimes we go to the
supermarket. It's usually at weekend.
