The Principal
Sacred Heart Academy
Jalandoni Street
Zarraga, Iloilo
Dear He/She,
Greetings!
I am the Event Coordinator of Diadem Productions, the production group that
organizes, The Regional Multimedia Conference 2016: The Voices and
Writers of Western Visayas, with the theme: Walking the Road to
Greatness through Multimedia. Our speakers for the event are Atty.
Sedfrey Cabaluna, Jay Taruc of i-Witness and Motorcycle Diaries, and Michael
Del Rosario, the executive producer of GMA 7 for documentaries. The topics
to be discussed are "How to be an Effective Radio Anchor", "How to be
a Good Public Speaker", Documentary: On and Off the Camera" and
"How to Produce a Documentary Show". This magnanimous event will
cover 2000 participants from diverse schools in the region, which is going to
happen at Iloilo Convention Center on September 30, 2016. The proceeds of
the event will be used to fund an outreach activity for the PWD's, build an
improvised learning resource center and donate a laptop to the Cruisers
Club.
Prior to the conference date, there will be an AVP competition. The video
presentation that the contestants will make should depict the greatness and
beauty of the municipality or city they are in. This is one way to promote the
places in Western Visayas as well as for them to experience the process of
producing video presentations for public viewing. This activity will help them
ask more relevant questions during the conference.
In this regard, we would like to invite your students to be our participants.
There will be a registration fee of 1000.00 for the VIP pass and 600.00 for
the Standard pass. For those who will get the VIP pass, they will get AM and
PM Snacks, Buffet Lunch, and Conference Kits (notepad, small bag, ballpens
and pins). As for the Standard pass of 600.00, they will have the same
inclusions with the VIP pass except for the lunch as they are going to be
provided by a plated meal. Those who will get the VIP pass will have a buffet
lunch together with the VIP guests, speakers and organizers. We would

encourage the contestants of the AVP competition to take the VIP pass, for
