INTRODUCTION

Coffee has always been inextricably woven into the
fabric of Filipino culture. With the emergence of instant
coffee and coffee shops, coffee making has never been
easier. Most people wake up in the morning and reach
for their cups to be filled in with this warm or cold
drink which they can’t start their day without having.
However, drinking this delighting treat isn’t always
confined during mornings. It could actually be drank
regardless the time of the day or even depending on
one’s mood.
LOCATION

EUPHORIA CAFÉ established at the chosen location
which is Barangay Sto. Nino, Sablayan, Occidental
Mindoro. The location of the business is surrounded of
residential homes, market, carinderia, DENR office,
Sports Complex and small sari- sari stores. In addition,
our location is perfect because it’s near in Sablayan
Sports complex which is advantageous to notice.
EDGE OF THE BUSINESS

EUPHORIA CAFÉ sells coffee drinks and other food
and beverages for consumption on the premises or for
take out. Our business also offers free Wi-Fi, has a quiet
atmosphere inside the café, and they can read books
because our café has its own mini-library. Our business
is perfect for students and workers who wants a calm
place to do their work.
OBJECTIVES

 General Objectives
The general objective of the business of the proposed
Euphoria Café is to determine its feasibility and viability in Sto.
Niño Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro.
 Specific Objectives
• To offer and serve the best coffee, and frappe in affordable
price.
• To help our customers relieve their daily stresses by
providing peace of mind through great ambiance,
convenient location, friendly customer service, and products
of consistently high quality.

 • Owners
- The objective of every business is to earn profit so the owners have the probability of
business success.
• Government
The implementation of the business would raise more revenues for the government to
use. They would be able to profit from the business’s income tax and the income taxes
of the employees.
• Community
- The proposed business would need man power to start off the services and to
administer the transactions of the business. Therefore, the business would need to
employ people to do the work. This would improve the standard of living for the
employees
• Customers
- The customers will be the greatest beneficiaries of this this proposed business for they
will experience the best coffee and services while doing their paper works. Moreover,
the café brings peace, calmness and relaxing feelings that are well-fine for stress people.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE
STUDY

 This study aims to determine the feasibility of establishing the
Euphoria Café, whether it is profitable and economically
sustainable.
 The target market of the business are everyone in the
community especially those who are drip coffee drinkers, coffee
shop lovers, specialty coffee drinkers, and whole bean buyers in
the area. And it will provide best products to satisfy the
expectations of the customers.
 The business is located at Barangay Sto. Nino, Sablayan,
Occidental Mindoro. The proponents chose this site because it
is near the target markets. The location is easy to find for it is
near the national road and the transportation is very easy.
RESEARCH
METHODOLOGY

 Survey method was used to determine the market
viability of this cafe in its location.
The study was carried out through a research made
survey. The proponents conducted the survey in the
target market area, which is the Sto. Nino,
Buenavista, and Poblacion.
MARKETING

 PRODUCTS - The company offers a lot of variants and flavours in coffee.
EUPHORIA CAFÉ will also offer rice meal, snacks, and salad. We will also be
launching new drink or food with a high of quality every two months.
 PRICE - The products offered by EUPHORIA CAFÉ are priced at premium
range because of its brand value. Our company always believes that price is
secondary for any customer and focuses on delivering good quality products.
The company provides three variants in its beverages like small, regular and
large. The price is also directly proportional to the quantity ordered. The price of
coffee also varies according to the supplement added to coffee like extra
chocolate, cream etc.
 PROMOTION - The promotion and advertising include distribution of posters
and pliers around the municipality of Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro. In addition
creating a website and Social media page for other information about our cafe.
One of the most priorities of this business is to provide a good service and offer a
healing menu to the costumers.
 PLACE - The business is located at Sto. Nino, Balud, Sablayan Occidental
Mindoro, near at Kriza Nhel’s Store. A simple, plain and quite place to have a
soft spot and peace of mind. It has a great space that could still be utilized well.

we sell products such as; coffee, drinks and foods and services directly
to our customers who are the end- users of the products or services.

 The proponents will rent the residential land owned
by Liwayway Contreras located at Balud, Sto. Nino,
Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro amounting to Php
2,500.00 monthly and amounting Php30,000.00
annually. The proponents agreed to finish the
completion of internal and external part of the
building and it has an estimated cost of Php
150,000.00. The building measures 1,008 square feet.

It has 25 seating capacity. The


beverage preparation area is in
rectangular shape and can
accommodate 2 to 3 personnel.

 Supplier

The possible supplier of coffee beans and milk of
EUPHORIA CAFÉ is Better Beans Co. located at Davao City. It
is a supplier of local varieties of famous Filipino coffee beans.
For the food supply of our business, the possible supplier is
the Barientos Store that is located at public market of Sablayan,
Occidental Mindoro. It is a trusted store that will secure the
quality and safety of the food supply of our business.
The supplier of our machines and furniture will be the GG
Japan Surplus, located at Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro.

 Demand
Every month EUPHORIA CAFÉ estimated a 471
customer per month from Sablayan town proper. With
four (4) visits monthly per customer.

The capital required in putting up the business will
come from the personal savings of the partners. Php 51,
978.85 will be contributed by each partner to gain a
total of Php 519,788.50.

EUPHORIA CAFÉ is a corporation because it is
owned by shareholders who contributed to raise a
capital to fund this business. The corporation will be
the elected of the members called directors of the
proposed business and the capital needed to put up the
project will be from their personal funds. The members
would also share ideas and opinions to gain additional
information for the success of the corporation. Both
members will be involved production and marketing of
the business.

From the name itself, Euphoria, it is the feeling of
intense happiness. We named our business Euphoria
Cafe because our main goal is to give our customers
that euphoric mood, that sense of joy and fulfillment
you experience after you reach an important goal.

Euphoria Café has an average income assumption of
Php248,927 and a working capital of Php 519,789. With
this information, we were able to calculate a 48 percent
return on investment with a payback period of 25
months or 2 years and 1 month. As a result, we came to
the conclusion that the establishment of our business
Euphoria Café is feasible and viable in Sto, Nino,
Sablayan, Ocidental Mindoro.
