SWEET SIP CAFÉ is a specialty coffee company focused on providing and refreshing iced
coffee beverages to customers seeking cool and energizing experience. As we are concentrating
on a business through online and delivered it around the campus of Jose Rizal Memorial State
University, we already minimize our expenses in terms in other utilities. The exclusivity of our
product will earn customer satisfaction. Our goal is to offer a healthy fresh cool coffee beverage
with no preservatives. We will provide a natural ingredients and nutrients by producing only the
fresh Ice Coffee. We keep our price relatively low than the coffee shop organization.

We are confident that our product will satisfy the need of our customers. Our pricing policy
will be reasonable and convenience and for our startup cost is total of Php 1000.00 and total
expenses overall is Php 738.00. We as a student and at the same time entrepreneur's we decided the
perfect match for our product and our co-students for affordable price which only for Php 39.00 so that
our target customers will get easily. We hope that we will carry a good and competitive market
share in SWEET SIP CAFÉ .

We choose this business since it is suitable to tropical climate change (EL-Niño), and it also demand in
our area. Our Ice Coffee typically made by instant coffee such as; Black Coffee powder, White Sugar, Ice
cube and Evaporated Milk and it will usually operate in the market industry. Our business is located at
Jose Rizal Memorial State University, Dipolog City inside the campus. We can sell it through online and
delivered it anywhere inside the campus. We can also go around the entire campus to sell our product.
Our company which "Sweet Sip Cafe" will perform successfully in this industry because of several
reasons backed by market research and knowledge.
We are selling Ice Coffee through our competitive advantage which our unique handmade processes
and commitment to using high-quality and locally sourced ingredients. Ice Coffee which is decided by
our group so it can catch the customers attention, as well as the taste of our product. Our target market
are students, professors and staffs in Jose Rizal Memorial State University, Dipolog Campus although
people are very stress nowadays, so that our Ice Coffee which can help less hassle-free way to enjoy
delicious iced coffee inside the campus.

Sweet Sip Cafe is recently founded in this year of 2024 by classmates or our groups during under taking
subject of Entrepreneurship in Tourism and Hospitality. The idea sparked during a late-night study
session and inspiring through social media ideas, when we realized the need for a convenient iced coffee
option that could study long hours and significantly need the team work of our group. So we decided the
unique processes of Ice Coffee products.

Each one of us has a family background on business management, so that in our group we decided to
combined our individual skills, experience and knowledge to create this business Sweet Sip Café. We
started by experimenting with different methods and unique handmade processess during inside the
campus. After numerous taste tests and feedback sessions with our groups and friends, so that we
perfected signature iced coffee recipe and finalize the business product to our group. Our business will
doing best for convenient and affordable that makes quickly gained popularity among students,
instructors and those coffee lovers looking for a hassle-free way to enjoy delicious iced coffee at
everywhere at the campus.

ZN. Has scenic wall that you will enjoy,but not only that we also serve you a fresh and your best coffee
taste. Sweet Sips Cafe operates with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
in the production and serving of its coffee beverages.

Ingredient Preparation: The process begins with the preparation of ingredients and materials
including black coffee powder, evaporated milk, sugar, water, and ice cubes. These are organized and
made ready for use.

Manufacturing Process: The manufacturing process involves using machinery and equipment such
as bottle shakers, measuring cups, dispencer to mix the ingredients together. This includes combining
black coffee powder, sugar, and water in a bottle shaker, then adding evaporated milk and ice cubes
in separate cups.

 Order Processing: Once they receive the order, we verify it's completeness and accuracy. -
We check our inventory to ensure that we have enought stocks to fulfill their order. If not, we
need to adjust the order or contact the customer to discuss options.

 Production: We make sweep sips Cafe based on the order specifications. This may involve -
preparing the ingredients and materials -Mix 1/4 measuring cup of sugar, 1pcs. Black coffee
powder, and 1/4 cup of water. We mix it thouroughly. -After mixing, we put it in another
bottle and set aside. - lastly, we put 1/4 measuring cup of evaporated milk and finalize it and
