    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Sub: Surrender request letter
    I had availed a flexi loan (LIN:403FDL08588058) from your concern from March 2015 for a
    period of 1 year (closed on March 2016). I was also insured an amount of 50000 INR (I was not
    informed about this prior). I was told It will be cancelled after a period of 1 year or after me
    closing the loan, whichever is earlier. I was not given Certificate of Insurance (COI). I have
    now closed the loan sans getting my amount back. I was asked to give a request letter for
    surrender of this insurance (I was never informed about this by your representatives and came to
    know about this only after my correspondence with your customer care). It is already 5 months
    past closing my loan and I was mangled by your representatives Mr. Prem and Mr. P. Rajasekar
    for the past 5 months.
    Kindly consider my request and do the needful at the earliest. Also do not fail to take action
    against them for their inscrupulous behavior.
