In short words (half a page maximum), describe the purpose of the


experiments, location and main results.

Introduction
Describe what you are doing (e.g. carry out gravity experiment or magnetic
survey), when, where (show map of location), other information as suitable
If specific tasks are given, repeat them here.
(a) Generate a map of the survey area draw this map so that a complete
stranger can find the location easily. Show (where appropriately) the scale
of objects, distances, and easy-to-identify landmarks such as buildings.
Show the orientation of North using your compass.

Methodology
Describe how you are carrying out the experiment, what instruments you are
using, how you defined the measuring parameters etc.

Results (Data presentation)


Show data (as table, graph or 3D surface, whatever is appropriate); describe
the results but do not interpret them!

Interpretation and Analyses


Here you show how you use the data to define the target of measurement. If
specific tasks are given of how to use the data to define the object of interest
(e.g. depth of burial), here is the place to show your work.

Summary and Conclusion


In brief words, summarize the findings of your experiment. This should not be
a simple repetition of things listed in (1) (4) or the abstract.
