Objectives

The network is designed to achieve several specific business and operational

objectives:
1. Secure Service. The main objective of this network is to provide secure
administrative computing service to Kolej Komuniti Sg. Air Tawar. It is
designed to be functionally and physically isolated from access by people
not employed/study by Kolej Komuniti Sg. Air Tawar so as to minimize the
risk of unauthorized use.
2. Versatile information Processing. The network will enable users to retrieve,
process, and process store data regarding the operation of the Kolej
Komuniti Sg. Air Tawar, student, lecturer, check in and check out of
lecturer working at the facility.
3. Scalability. The network design is scalable so that more network cable
equipment can be added if needed and as funding becomes available
without having to redo the installed network.

Introduction
Network Maestro is a networking engineering and design group created by a
student at Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah with goal of providing increase
productivity, employee performance abd improved workflow.
We, Network Mastro, lead by Muhammad Faiz bin Zulkifli assigned to project by
lecturer at PSIS. We will be handling the design and implementation phase of the
project and all pricing and fees.
Background
The client, Kolej Komuniti Sg. Air Tawar is located Sg. Air Tawar, Sabak Bernam,
Selangor. The client provides education for student in DIP and DNS. The client
will be using software about networking and its hardware for education.
Scope of Work
The work that will be performed will include the design and installation of fully
switched star network. This includes the installation and setup of all the network
devices, cabling and interfaces which may include but may not be limited to
wrkstations, multi function devices, servers, switches, routers, and all related
software as mentioned in the Requirement section.
