When a WBS element is not assigned with any budget, it will not allow any user to
post any business transactions (PR/ PO/ Financial and Controlling Postings) to that
particular WBS, at present the user can post any business transaction to the Project
WBS elements, without any allocated budget to it.

When a WBS element is not assigned with any budget, it will not allow any user to
post any business transactions (PR/ PO/ Financial and Controlling Postings) to that
particular WBS, It will show an error message, indicating that it is not budgeted
