    22.08.2016 on the subject noted above and to intimate that your reply has been
    examined and found that you have not mentioned the Positions of Authority, procedure
    of appointment in accordance with Punjab Government Rules of Business, 2011 and
    mechanism for posting officers against these positions.

    I am further directed to request you to kindly provide the requisite

    information as sought in the reference dated15.08.2016 received from Services-I,


    S&GAD, already sent to you vide this departments letter dated 19.08.2016, in
    accordance with Punjab Government Rules of Business, 2011 today positively for
    onward submission to the quarter concerned.
