AoA, Dear All, As per our discussion in third capacity Building workshop held in Oct.

2011 in Islamabad, the deadline for sending Bills and all documents is 20th of every month. We have also discussed some performance Indicators with all of you. We will maintain a record for all Social Organizers, and prepare quarterly evaluation report. This report will be base for your Success(Promotion/Increment etc). We have also decided that you will send all documents in one pack with name of respective person. So plz check clearly before sending the pack that you have prepared all documents like bills, attendance , CBO persons name, activity plan, activity report etc. I am sending this mail just memorize you that send Monthly pack timely. Let me know if you feel any query.
