POLICY STATEMENT
The Council of the County of Wetaskiwin No. 10 recognize that the affairs of the County are carried
out to the best of the ability of both Council and Administration and, as such, follow generally
accepted good business practices. The Council further recognize that persons, corporations, private
entities or other businesses or parties wishing to engage the County in legal pursuits for damages or
benefits, do so at the expense and detriment of the County of Wetaskiwin No. 10, its Council,
Administration, ratepayers and residents. Council therefore deem it correct to withdraw from
patronizing such parties or supporting them in such a manner as to provide resources to further fund
such legal pursuits.
