We are submitting herewith a certified true copy of our registration with the Housing and
Land Use Regulatory Board and the BIR to prove that BENJAMIN VILLAGE 2
HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is a residential homeowners' association with
Taxpayer's Identification Number (TIN) 710810761000 that it is duly registered with
the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) under Certificate of Registration
No. 13872 dated January 9, 2007 and to prove that BV2HOA is situated and within the
jurisdiction of the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
6. To enter into, make, perform and carry out, or cancel and rescind
contracts of every kind and for any lawful purpose with any person,
firm, association, corporation, syndicate, domestic or foreign, or
others;
7. To do and perform any other acts and things, and to have and exercise
any other powers, which may be necessary, convenient and
appropriate to accomplish the purpose for which the association is
organized.
We are likewise attaching herewith a certificate issued by the Honorable Mayor Arthur
Robes of the City of San Jose Del Monte stating that BV2HOA provides services for the
benefit of all the homeowners, as follows
Further, we are submitting our financial statements for the last three (3) years to prove
that our meager funds were used for cleanliness, safety, security and other basic services
for the benefit all homeowners.
In sum, we are submitting the following documents in support of this request for tax
exemption:
7) Certification issued by the Revenue District Office No. 25B in Sta. Maria,
Bulacan certifying that the BV2HOA is not the subject of any pending
investigation, on-going audit, pending tax assessment, administrative
protest, claim for refund or issuance of tax credit certificate, collection
proceedings, or a judicial appeal as of June 30, 2019;
In view of the foregoing, we respectfully request for the issuance of Certificate of Tax
Exemption in favor of Benjamin Village 2 Homeowners Association under the relevant
provisions of RA 9904.
