Good morning MHS!

STUDENT PEP BUS FOR Football VS Savannah TONIGHT


There will be no charge for the first 30 students to sign up. The bus will leave at 5:30 p.m.,
so please be here by 5:25 pm. Your game ticket, bottle of water, and a snack will be
provided. When we return after the game, YOUR RIDE NEEDS TO BE HERE BY 10 P.M. TO
PICK YOU UP AFTERWARDS!
Food drive this week in competition with Savannah to help our food pantry! Prizes to each
class that collections 1,000 lbs. of food! The food drive ends at 12:30p TODAY, and the
collection sites are: Freshmen - Ms. Sturgis; Sophomores - Mr. James; Juniors - Mr. Lefeber;
and Seniors - Mr. Stoecklein.
Northwests Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority is inviting MHS students to attend Michael Gershes
presentation The Magic of Life. Michael shares his experience with drunk driving while
getting students involved and participating on stage. It is Wednesday, October 12, at 7:00
PM in the Ron Houston PAC. This is part of the sororitys Be the Change Week in memory of
their sorority sister, Abby, who was killed in a car accident involving a drunk driver.
Admission is free, but $2.00 donations are encouraged and will be used for funding a
scholarship in Abbys name.
Lunch A: Pizza
Lunch B: Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwich
