1. Nature of the Annual Consumer Fair
In celebration of the (title ) held in (month), the (organizer) holds the
Consumer Fair annually. This aims to provide companies and individuals to
promote their products including food items and services through display at
the (venue of the fair), and may be extended to other designated spaces,
subject to approval by management.
This activity further aims to provide the (target attendees) the opportunity to
sample products/services or purchase the same for their own requirements.

2. Free Admission
All employees and guests are welcome to visit the exhibit.

3. Exhibit Space
Only a 2m x 2m space will be provided to the exhibitors for free.

4. Exhibit Design/Display Restrictions

No panels are allowed to enclose the space. The Exhibitor is free to design its
own display
provided that materials to be used should not be too heavy.
Displays creating disruptive, dangerous or unsafe, produce odors, fumes or
noise are
expressly prohibited.

5. Character of the Exhibit

Displays may consist of products and services, light equipment, and materials
(within the limitations stated above) of interest to employees and guests.

6. Conduct of Exhibitors
Exhibitors shall conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner
at all times within the exhibit area and premises of the (organizers venue).
Sales orders may be discretely taken in the exhibit area.

7. Staffing
Exhibitors should staff their booth at all times most especially during office
breaks and lunches, when employees have more time to move around.
Exhibitors shall also all responsibility for their displays when not staffed.

8. General
The management reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and/or
relocate any display. It also has the right to enforce any and all portions
of this Guide. In interpreting this Guide, particular attention will be
given to preserving the professional conduct of the exhibit.
9. Liability
The (organizer) shall not be held liable for any loss or damage on the
exhibitors goods nor make any refunds, pay rentals or other exhibit
expenses.
The exhibitor expressly acknowledges that the (organizer) and its employees
assume no risk and by the acceptance of this Guide, the exhibitor expressly
releases the agency from any and all liability for damage, injury or loss to any
person or goods, from any cause whatsoever. In addition, the exhibitor
hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the (organizer) from any and
all causes of action, claims or liabilities which arise and may arise from the
conduct of activity of the exhibitor at the Consumer Fair.

10.

Cancellation/Indemnification

In the event of cancellation of the activity for any reason as the management
deems necessary, it is understood that the exhibitor waives any claims for
damages or compensation should the exhibit be so terminated. In such case
as the exhibitor has been restricted or evicted due to inappropriate conduct
(as determined by management) or non-compliance to this guide, the
exhibitor hereby waives any claims for damages or compensation.

Reference obtained from this Consumer Fair to any specific product, process,
or service, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer or provider does not
necessarily constitute or imply an endorsement, recommendation, or favoring
by the (organizer)
The views and opinions expressed in any referenced document do not
necessarily state or reflect those of the (organizer).
