BUSINESS SCHEDULE
A. GANTT CHART OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
A Gantt chart, commonly used in project management, is one of the most popular
and useful way of showing activities (tasks or events) displayed against time. On
the left of the chart is a list of the activities and along the top is a suitable time
scale. Each activity is represented by a bar; the position and length of the bar
reflects the start date, duration and end date of the activity.
The proponents made a time table for the following activities. The feasibility
study will cover up four months.

Acquisition of capital, Finalization of lease

agreement, application and registration of necessary business permits and


licenses and the acquisition of machinery and equipment which will be used in
the business will take will take one month. Hiring and training of workers will
cover two months, advertising and promotion will take two months. The operation
will start in January as soon as everything is prepared.
