Dear Mr. Iqbal,
On 25 February 2016 I ordered 460 blank DVDs under our order number TY-009
which were delivered yesterday.
After opening the packets, 67 of them were found badly scratched. I did not
realize this when I accepted the packages because they looked perfect from
outside. Now, this has caused embarrassment for us in front of our clients. I
assume that this damage was caused due to careless handling during packing.
I am enclosing a list of the damaged goods and will be glad if you will replace
them as soon as possible.

Dear Mr. Sarkar,
Thank you so much for your letter of 10 March 2016 where you had mentioned
about 67 damaged DVDs. I deeply regret this unfortunate incident.
The problem might have occurred due to the excessive rush in packing the
goods. We have been in shortage of stuff during the last one month and our
existing employees have to be busy day and night to handle the pressure of
too many orders.
In this situation, this problem probably happened by
unintentional carelessness.
I assure you that this will not happen in future. We will replace the damaged
DVDs with fresh new ones. Once again, I am sorry.
