In general, if there's bad player behavior, always try to defuse the situation.

Try to
talk sense, switch team, etc.

If the situation cannot be solved in a mature way:

* Issue at least a clear warning first (make sure the player reads/understands what
he's doing wrong).
* Issue a clear second warning (optional).
FORCE MUTE / KICK / NOWEAPONS
* No improvement? FORCE MUTE / KICK / NOWEAPONS again.
* Still no improvement? BAN!

- Bans should ONLY be used as a last resort for:

* Obvious use cheats/bugs.
* Harming the server (ddos/hack attacks).
* Repeatedly messing up the gameplay purposely, such as:

Repeated team killing (5 days ban).

Repeated team hurting (3 days ban).

Repeated team nading/gassing/spraying (3 days ban).

Arrest drops (5 days ban).

Repeated blocking (1 day ban).

Repeated arrest stealing (3 days ban).

 Repeated tasing (3 days ban).

Repeated arrest killing (5 days ban) .

Spawn kill/nade/gas/etc . before 3 sec is NOT allowed, unless you just

happened to be there in time of spawn, then kill is allowed. If someone
violates this rule, you give him warning, if he repeat same, you give 2nd
warning, next repeat = KICK
(3 sec rule: Spawn nading/gassing/etc. or killing is NOT allowed until 3 seconds
has elapsed after respawn. But if the respawned player moves out of RESPAWN
AREA during 3s after respawn, he can be killed or naded).

Insults - racism - nationalist talks = MUTE , if player continue with his

dirty talk by reconnecting
or changing his nick to another insult = KICK, if that is not enough for him and he
continue again = BAN him on server and MUTE him on website.
As a last resort even BAN on website too. Same for dirty talk on website shoutbox.
(BAN time for this decided by admin).

--- Arrest stealing: if you tase/sting/gas/flash/spray/beanbag opponent, arrest is
YOURS,) If you say "arrest em" command or just simply type in chat "arr" etc.
that means you gave arrest to teammate.
In situations, when u tase/nade/etc. opponent but right after that u are
naded/tased/etc. by other opponent, arrest is still YOURS! (of course it depends of
situation, if nade goes on nade, gas on gas etc. or if its game 5v5 or 6v6, actually
you cant follow some of this rules in messy situations. Some situations you have to
be the judge). But if someone kill you in meantime, your arrest becomes "FREE
ARREST". Also if your tased opponent recovers from tase/nade/etc. and your
teammate tase him right after he recovered, that arrest is NOT yours anymore, Its
a free will of your teammate would he give you that arrest or not.

NOTICE: You need to follow cams! If you threw gas on opponent and he coughing, it
doesnt mean that this opponent is your arrest, maybe your teammate naded him
first. Its very important to follow teammate's cams!
--- KICK, BAN or ANY OTHER ADMIN ACTION AGAINTS PLAYER WHO IS ACCUSED
FOR CAMP IS NOT ALLOWED, BECAUSE KOS SERVER ALREADY HAVE ANTICAMP
PROTECTION!
