Skyhype Staff Charter

VOCABULARY:
1. S- Seconds
2. M- Minutes
3. H- Hours

6. IGN- In Game Name
7. Hackusations- To claim that someone has been using hacks without any evidence.
8. Griefing- To purposely damage another players island intending for the worst to their
island.
9. R: Radius
10. Mini Modding- To be a miniature version of a staff member
11. Spamming- Repeatedly saying the same thing over and over again excessively.
Latibules Key To Being an Outstanding Staff Member:

Dont question what a staff member is doing If they are a higher rank than you.
They got to their rank that they have, for a reason. They must know what they are
doing In order to be doing it.
If you are still troubled and confused by this. Talk to another staff member
and ask for their input. Preferably a member with the rank of Admin or
higher. Example,

Dont hesitate to ask questions. If you have a question about something that is occurring,
chances are someone else has those questions too.
All things mentioned in staff chat, are to
STAY
in staff chat. Do not spread the news and
gossip about exciting things with your friends that you are all buddy buddy with.
Behave professionally when things are to be done in all seriousness. This does not mean
Dont have fun. We encourage you to have fun! Just make sure you know when to stop
goofing around when its time.
Do not tell staff members that have a higher rank than you what to do. ( This is a pet peeve
of mine)
example: Latibule types in all caps by mistake.

Chances are buddy, because theyre higher rank than you. They
know what to do and it was just a typo. Theres a reason why they
got there. Because they know the rules.

HELPERS:
Main Purpose: To monitor chat.
COMMANDS GIVEN
/Kick
>IGN< (Reason)

Example: ixBrandon has been spamming in chat for four minutes.

Example: eM_Silent has been given an abundance of warnings to stop his

sexual harassment towards ixBrandon in chat. This has not been the first
time.

Example: Latibule has said, I fucked ye mum last night m8 Why dont
you go kill yourself?

This is staff chat. Its very self explanatory.

/sc hello

Granted, the timings for a tempban and a mute are up to your own accord. However,
please be reasonable. It doesnt make sense to temporary ban someone for four days due to
repeatedly throwing out hackusations or insults. The following are outlines for the suggested time
for mutes.

First Mute - 10 Minutes

Second Mute- 15 Minutes
Third Mute - 30 Minutes
Fourth Mute- 1 Hour
Fifth Mute- 2 Hours

If it goes past the fifth mute. This is where you will start implementing temporary bans.
starting at one day.

First Temporary Ban- 1 Day

Second Temporary Ban- 2 Days
Third Temporary Ban- 3 Days
Fourth Temporary Ban- 7 Days

Although the case is rare, If a player happens to go through his fourth temporary ban and
seems to be repeatedly be breaking the rules. Please contact a
MODERATOR
for advice as to what
to do following the fourth ban.

MODERATORS:
Main Purpose: To continue watching over chat and to handle griefing incidents or hackers.
COMMANDS GIVEN

/God
Example: You may be scouting out a hacker in PVP. Firstly, you dont want
to die otherwise that would blow your cover.

/Vanish (/ev)
Example: It causes your character to be unseen from the view of a member

/Nick

It gives you a nickname

Example: You want to check if Latibules ender chest contains items that are
not supposed to be there.

/Socialspy

This is a command to view over player private messages. It is highly

suggested to keep this on at all times. It is very easy to adapt to.
Everything said in this MUST be kept between all staff. Feel free to
chat about things that are said in socialspy in /sc.

/Delwarp
>name of warp<
You come across a warp that is a death warp. An example of this being,
once going to the warp you die immediately. Lets say the name of the warp
is LOL

/co i

This command is an example of core protect. /co i turns it on. This causes
to whatever block you touch, to tell you the history of the block. This
command comes in handy in deciphering who has stolen which block etc. It
has yet to show the history of spawners and heads being stolen.

/co rollback >Name of Player that Griefed< t:[Time s,m,h,d] r: [Radius]

This command rolls an island back to a previous time and date. An example
would be, Latibule has broken multiple dirt blocks four hours ago in a 20
block radius of where you are standing

This commands gives you a pig spawner. This is a helpful command for
replacing spawners when given the opportunity to.
After having been given a spawner. Look at the spawner and do
