Conclusion :
After comparing and contrasting water fire extinguisher and DCP fire extinguisher, I think I
prefer DCP fire extinguisher because it can extinguish the materials that are burned from
class A, B, and C fires, not just class A fires.

Water fire extinguisher and DCP fire extinguisher
Water fire extinguisher and DCP fire extinguisher have similarities and difference as
kinds of fire extinguisher. I believe they can best be compared and contrasted in four ways.
We can discuss them for their function, type of construction, contain, and extinguishing
method.
Though water fire extinguisher and DCP fire extinguisher differ in their class of fire,
they have some function, that are to extinguish the fire. Water fire extinguisher is used for
tackling class A fires involving solid materials such as wood, cloth, paper, plastic, etc.
Whereas, DCP fire extinguisher is used for tackling class A, B, and C fires involving solid,
gas, and liquid such as oil, paint, grease, etc.
Another similarity beside their general function is the type of construction for their
tube. Both extinguishers are included extinguisher which use system stored pressure. The
work principle of this system is when we press the lever, the suppressant gas will be pumped
into the tube which containing extinguisher agents.
Based on NFPA 10 2013, the contain of each extinguisher is different. Water fire
extinguisher contain water that is kind to the environment. Different from water fire
extinguisher, DCP fire extinguisher contain any harmful chemicals or residual agents that
can cause damage to sensitive electronic equipment.

Similarly with contain of fire extinguisher, extinguishing method of both extinguishers

are also different. Water fire extinguisher work by cooling, but DCP fire extinguisher work
by fusing particles of blended ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulphate powder over a
fire to form a barrier between oxygen on atmosphere and oxygen that is used to burn
materials.

think I prefer DCP fire extinguisher because it can extinguish the materials that are burned
