SAMPLE QUESTION 8:
Based on one novel above, write about A CHARACTER THAT YOU DISLIKE (DO NOT LIKE).
Provide evidence from the text to support your answer.
SAMPLE ANSWER:
Based on How I Met Myself by David A. Hill, a character that I disliked was John Taylor.
There were many reasons as to why I disliked John.
One evening, a man ran into John. The man looked like John. This incident
troubled John. However, John did not tell Andrea about this incident. John thought
that Andrea would not understand him. John came home late. Andrea asked why he was late.

Peter talked about it at Zsolts caf. Actually, John went to Zsolts caf to find the man. The
next few days, he always came home late. Andrea was unhappy. She thought that John had
another woman. They argued with each other.
I disliked John because he always spent time thinking about his
doppelganger. He always made Andrea angry. This was shown when John and his family
went to Hungary. They spent New Year with Andreas family. John did not join the family
activities very much. Instead, he sat around thinking about his doppelganger. Andrea was
mad. He wanted John to pay more attention to his family. John tried to be a better husband
and father. However, that did not last long.
