This document summarizes an optimization study of solar panel design for a 3500W solar power plant to be installed on the roof of a Water Treatment Plant. The study analyzed factors like the number of days, light angle, and tilt angle to determine their influence on the sun intensity and optimal power output. Experimental results found that the most optimal configuration was in June when the light angle was 20 degrees and tilt angle was 10 degrees, producing 470.0918 W/m2. The minimum sun intensity occurred in August when the light angle was 15 degrees and tilt angle was 30 degrees, yielding 445.1762 W/m2. The goal was to determine the solar panel installation design that would absorb the most sun intensity for optimal power

The design ofthe roof installation is expected to produce the most optimal power from the sun intensity absorbed by solar panels. By optimizing several factors it can be a determined some influences such as number of days(n), alight angle() and atilt angle() to the sun intensity that produced. This design is full factorial method that produces some experiment results as reference to achieve the most optimal results. According to the experimental research observed during all year long, the most optimal is in June especially when the sun's light angle at 20 position and atilt of the surface at 10 position with 470.0918 W/m intensity. The sun intensity that most minimum produced from the calculation at August namely when the sun hour angle at 15 position and atilt of the surface at 30 position with 445.1762 W/m intensity. Key words: light angel (), tilt angel (),the number of days (n), sun intencity
