("GoldBullion")andTakaraResourcesInc.(TSX.V:TKK)(Takara)todayjointlyannouncedthatthey
plantocommenceageophysicalsurveythisfallatthe3,300hectareCastleSilverMineproperty,which
is75kmsouthwestofKirklandLake,Ontarioandisoneofthemostadvancedexplorationpropertiesin
theCobaltCamptargetinghighgradesilver,cobaltandgold.
Thesurveywilltestanareaoutsideandimmediatelyeastofthepastproducingareaswherean
estimated50millionouncesofsilverwasproducedduringthe1900smostlyfromtheMillerLake
OBrien,Castle3andCapitolmines.Inaddition,approximately300,000poundsofcobaltwasproduced
attheCastleSilverpropertyintheearly1900sandtherecentdiscoveryofgoldandcopper
mineralizationaddssignificantlytotheattractivenessofconductingfurtherexplorationontheproperty.
ThesurveywillincludeanareaofthepropertyknownastheCastleGoldenCorridorZone,wheresurface
goldwasinitiallydiscoveredthroughatrainofsulphiderichbouldersextendingfromthenorthshoreof
MillerLake.TheZoneispartofadistincteastwestregionalgoldtrendthatstretchesforatleast150km,
cuttingthroughtheCastlePropertyandtheGowgandaminingcamp,whichhistoricallywereonly
exploredforhighgradesilver.GoldBullionpurchaseda50%interestinthisGoldenCorridorZone(see
newsreleaseissuedJune30,2016).

Thegeophysicalsurveyinvolvesinducedpolarization(IP)overeightlinesofapproximately1.8kmeach
andisaimedatidentifyingIPanomaliestypicalofgoldandsilvermineralization.FollowupMobile
MetalsIon(MMI)samplingwillbeusedtoprioritizeIPanomaliesforexplorationdrilling.
Thehistoricsilverproductionwasfromtheuppertwothirdsofagabbroicintrusive;aconedikeseenin
thisvicinityasanundulatingsillapproximately300mthickandlocallyknownastheMillerLakeDiabase
Basin.AlthoughtheCastleNo.3ShaftiscollaredinNipissingdiabase,thesillislocatedapproximately
350630mbelowsurfaceintheareaoftheproposed2016exploration.
Theplannedexplorationwillfocusongoldandsilvertargets.GoldtargetsarehostedinArchean
volcanicsbetweensurfaceand350mbelowsurface.Thesilvertargetsarewithintheuppertwothirdsof
thegabbroicintrusive.

TheIPwilltestforchargeabilityhighs(causedbypyrite)coincidentwithresistivitylows(causedby
alteration)whicharecommonlyassociatedwithgoldore.Thesetypesofmineralizationandalteration
withgoldandcoppermineralizationwereencounteredinsurfacetrenching.TheIPwillalsotestforhigh
chargeabilitylowresistivityanomaliesassociatedwithsilvercobaltveindeposits.

585mwestoftheeastboundary,atwosampleanomalywiththehighestvalueof2,380ppbCo

A3Dmodelofthepropertyhasalreadybeendevelopedbasedonhistoricalrecordsofunderground
workings,adronesurveyandrecentexplorationresults.The3Dmodelwillserveasavaluabletoolto
definethepotentialforsilvercobaltmineralization.
TakarahasafullyintegratedexplorationcamplocatedontheCastleSilverMinesiteproperty.Ithas
conductedvariousvoluntaryrehabilitationactivitiesontheformerminelocationandreachedMOU
agreementswithFirstNationsinthearea.
TheCompanyalsohasanadvancedexplorationpermit,hascompletedaclosureplanwithpaidfinancial
assurancesandhasopeneduptheformerCastle3mineaditatthe70footlevel.Castle3has11
undergroundlevels,mostwithextensiveworkings.Cobaltbloomwasevidentattheentranceofthe
openedaditforaconsiderabledistanceconfirmingthepresenceofcobalt.Cobaltisusedin
environmentallyfriendlycobaltlithiumbatteryproductionandisalsodefinedasastrategicmetalby
manycountriesincludingtheUnitedStatesandChina.
