PleaseusethefollowingprocessinTestenv.First.
HereiswhatyoucandotoreconcilethePaymentorReceiptorJournalwiththetwostatementlines:
1)Makesurebothstatementlinesareunreconciled.Ifanyofthestatementlineisreconciled,
thenunreconcileditfirst.
2)Makesurebothstatementlineshavethesamebanktransactionnumber.(basicallyallthree:Transactionandbank
statementlinesmusthavesametransactionnumberinthenumbercolumnofthestatementline).
3)OneofthestatementlinemusthavestatementlinetypeofMiscPaymentorMiscReceipt
4)UsingtheMiscPaymentorMisc.Receiptstatementline,goqueryboththePaymentorReceiptorJournal
transactionandotherstatementline.
OntheFindTransactionwindow,checkboththePaymentorReceiptorJournalandStatementlinecheckbox.TheNumbers
fieldshouldalsobepopulatedwiththebanktransactionnumber.
ClickonFind.
YoushouldseeboththestatementlinesandthePaymentorReceiptorJournaltransaction.
SelecttheotherstatementlineandthePaymentorReceiptorJournaltransactionthen
clickontheReconcilebutton.
5).ItshouldhelpyoutoreconcilebothlineswiththePaymentorReceiptorJournaltransaction
6).Ifthetestisfoundtobepositive,usetheprocessinProd.
