HOW I ENDED UP IN LEWISTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA ON OCTOBER 12, 2016


1. At the Harrisburg Amtrak Station the Amtrak Police in front of the Gate tells me after asking him
when the next Train to Lancaster Departs - Yes, Train 43 will be here in a few minutes. He then
escorts a younger amish man carrying a baby that wondered down to the tracks and explains no
one is allowed down to the tracks until the train arrives.
2. There was about 20 people at the same gate waiting to go down to the tracks to board the next
train.
3. I then checked a video monitor and saw train no. 43 was to depart at 3:36pm. It was about
3:10pm. I then plug my phone into a socket and charge my phone.
4. An Amtrak employee then lets everyone down to the tracks to board the train. While down on
the tracks, the Amtrak Policeman and 2 other Amtrak employees were about 40 feet away and
laughing. I took notice.
5. A train arrives and I was one of the last to board.
6. THIS IS THE TRICK As I find a seat and setup charging my electronics, the Conductor
comes over the loudspeaker, however the speaker was so garbled, it was IMPOSSIBLE
TO UNDERSTAND A WORD HE SAID.
7. The train departs and I notice that we should be moving in the opposite direction. Moments later
the Conductor comes for my ticket and informs me that I am on the wrong train.
8. I tell him that it was an Amtrak person that gave me the wrong train and he keeps asking me his
name. We go back and forth and he immediately tells me that the next stop is LEWISTOWN one
hour west and there are no more trains today. I demand that AMTRAK does something to get me
back to LANCASTER from Lewistown.
9. He calls dispatch and tells me there is nothing they can do.
10. I then call ENTERPRISE car rental in LEWISTOWN from the train before we arrive and they tell
me they will pick me up at the LEWISTOWN train station for my car rental. It was to cost $77.00
for the one-way rental. ENTERPRISE picks me up at the train station in about 10 minutes.
11.We drive to the ENTERPRISE car lot about 1 mile away.
12. After completing all of the paperwork, the ENTERPRISE agent tells me that since I have a debit
card I must submit 2 proof of ID a utility bill with my name and a bank statement. I tell him
that I have sufficient funds in the account.
13. I now sense they do not want to rent me the car afterall.
14.I pull up a Members1st account as an app on my phone and a Lancaster City Water Bill stored in
my Samsung 6.0.
15.After I get through that malicious hurdle, he processes everything and gives me the keys. Then
he tries to email me the confirmation and rental agreement that I signed 2 times on his tablet.
16.The he says he has to do the transaction all over because the system would not send out the
email.
17. THEN HE TELLS ME THIS TIME MY DEBIT CARD IS DECLINED. I TELL HIM HE IS GOING TO HAVE
TO DO SOMETHING BECUASE IT JUST WENT THROUGH THE FIRST TIME. HE GETS MAD.
18. I TRY TO CALL MEMBERS1ST BUT MY PHONE WILL NOT LET ME MAKE A CALL.
19. I ASK HIM TO USE HIS LANDLINE PHONE ON THE COUNTER.
20.I CALL MEMBERS1ST AND THEY TELL ME THAT THE $350 DEPOSIT WAS ALREADY
DEBITED AGAINS MY ACCOUNT AND THAT THE ENTERPRISE AGENT WAS TRYING TO
POST THE TRANSACTION TWICE.
21. I POINT MY FINGER AT THE ENTERPRISE AGENT AND TELL HIM I AM CALLING THE POLICE.
22. I WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO A SHEETZ AND PURCHASE A PACK OF CIGARETTES AND STAND
OUTSIDE SMOKING WHILE DETERMINING MY NEXT COURSE OF ACTION.
23. I ask the Sheetz clerk if there is taxi service and she was kind enough to look up the number and
let me use the store phone, since my Samsung would not let me make a call.
24. I call Scotty's Taxi and ask them if they would drive me to Harrisburg or to a motel.
25. I end up at Super8 Motel about 4 miles from the Sheets.
26. I walk to Tony's bar and restaurant for dinner and a drink and reserve a seat on the 11:21 train
to Lancaster and receive an E-TICKET for my reservation.

AT LEAST $800 IN CASH THAT THEY HAVE EXTORTED FROM ME IN A FEW DAYS.
