Subject: - Notice regarding the Bill against the Tata Photon No. 1234516789 in the name of.
pratyush Kaushik
Sir,
Myself pratyush Kaushik the earlier user of Tata Photon Post Paid Services in Patna (Bihar),
bearing the no.1234516789, want to bring in your notice the below mentioned facts
(1) That, myself, pratyush Kaushik the complainant was the user of your Tata Photon Post
Paid Services in Bihar bearing no. 1234516789
(2) That, the Complainant had never defaulted in making the payment of Bill till the
cancellation of connection.
(3) That, owing to the very slow accessibility to Internet Services, the Complainant
wanted to get cancelled the Internet connection.
(4) That, for the purpose of getting cancelled the Internet connection, the complainant had
spoken to your Customer Care Executive on dated 24/05/2015in between 11:00 AM
to 12: 00 at noon.
(5) That, the cancellation request was accepted and processed on dated 24/05/2015 at
11:51 AM.
(6) That, at the time of processing the cancellation request your Customer Care Executive
asked the complainant to fulfil the pre-condition in the form of paying the final
outstanding amount to the tune of Rs. 637/- (Rupees Six Hundred and Thirty Seven
Only).
(7) That, in the hope of getting the relief from your slow Internet Services in Patna and
adjoining areas, the Complainant had immediately paid the final outstanding amount
as asked by your Customer Care Executive, amounting to Rs. 637/- (Rupees Six
Hundred and Thirty Seven Only) on dated 24/05/2015 at 11:57 AM.
(8) That, on dated 27/05/2015 at 10:00 AM, very interestingly the Complainant had
received a message, which wordings were Hi! Thank You for the payment of Rs.
45/- for your Tata Account No. 988884961. Your Services have been restored.
(9) That, no such payment is ever made by me for restoring the services.

That, the said message as mentioned in para no.(8) is simply a business
malpractice by your company to make fool the Complainant and for snatching away
the money from the Complainant.

That, the Complainant is now in receipt of another Bill amounting to Rs. 640/(Rupees Six Hundred and Forty Only), though, the final outstanding amount to the
tune of Rs. 637/- (Rupees Six Hundred and Thirty Seven Only), as asked by your
Customer Care Executive is already being paid by the Complainant.

That, you people have restored the services just for the purpose of snatching
away another amount from the Complainant.

That, the Complainant had purchased the Hardware Kit including Modem for
the purpose of using it for Post Paid Services in Patna, which is now not available.
The Complainant had invested Rs. 2500/- (Rupees Twenty Five Hundred Only) in
purchasing the above mentioned kit, which is of no use now.

That , owing to the stoppage of the Post-Paid Internet Services in the location
of the Complainant , the major investment of Rs. 2500/- (Rupees Twenty Five
Hundred Only) in purchasing the above mentioned kit is lost with . This is also a kind
of monetary loss the Complainant is facing, because of the changed policy of your
Company.

That, the Complainant is receiving a number of calls from your Customer Care
Executives and they are not listening to the problem of Complainant as mentioned
above.

That, on dated 12/07/2015 at 6:00 AM, the Complainant had received a call
from Phone No. - 07678951413, through which a lady had started communicating
with the Complainant in a very rude way. In place of listening to the Complainants
genuine problem, she had threatened the Complainant of dire consequences. The
Complainant is in great mental agony and distress.
In the light of the above mentioned facts, kindly do something, otherwise the Complainant
will be compelled to initiate Legal action for the monetary loss. The Complainant will also
initiate the legal action for the mental agony and distress created by your Officials. The
Complainant will also go to appropriate forum for the deficiency of services from your side.
