Polytechnic University of the Philippines Taguig Campus is a government educational

institution and is one of the countrys highly competent educational institutions. The
university commits itself to: democratize access to educational opportunities; promote
science and technology consciousness and develop relevant expertise and competence
among all members of the academe, stressing their importance in building a truly
independent and sovereign Philippines; emphasize the unrestrained and unremitting search
for truth and its defence, as well as the advancement of moral and spiritual values; and
develop in the students and faculty the values of self discipline, love of country and social
consciousness and the need to defend human rights.

The Association of Electronics Engineering Students, will be having its annual AECES NIGHT. The target
date for this event is on July 3, 2015. In here, members of AECES will have a night to celebrate and further welcome
the freshmen of this organization. This event also tends to create harmonious relationship within each member to
develop teamwork that is essential in further events that AECES will be involved.
In connection to this, we would like to invite your company to be part of our academic organization,
ASSOCIATION OF ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING STUDENTS of POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF
THE PHILIPPINES-TAGUIG (AECES PUP-T) and on its endeavours for the Academic Year 2015-2016 by
sponsoring the AECES NIGHT. We are open to suggestions on how we can make this work for both our
