A Play for a Cause

The first ever AECES LEAGUE 2016 is now open for all AECES Members.
This league is intended for the upcoming activities of the AECES.
Likewise, its primary objective is to give all AECES members a chance to
show their skills in sports and to build brotherhood.

GENERAL MECHANICS:
A. Qualified Participants:
1. Each player must be a bonafide member or former member of AECES.
2. Each player must in a good condition, no health problems to avoid
accident.
3. A player will be qualify as a participant of the event if he/she
submitted the requirements completely.
B. Rules
1. Only registered player can play the entire game.
2. Participating teams can register not just once but as many as they can;
as long as they can afford the said registration fee. Example, Team A
can paid for 2 slots in a bracket.
3. The team that registered more than 1 entries, will earn a Twice to
beat advantage for the next fight, if the opponent of a team is
themselves.
4. As of number 5, if the team still oppose themselves and still have the
twice to beat advantage, the team will earn a thrice to beat
advantage for the next fight. The number of gameplay depends on
number of entries registered.
5. The game has 2 brackets, Winners and Losers bracket.

6. If the player loses on losers bracket, the team is eliminated from the
game.

C. Requirements:
C.1 Volleyball
1. Each team shall compose of minimum of 6 players and a maximum
of 12 players.
2. For ECE students, each player must pay P50.00 and for alumni,
P200.00 PER ENTRY.
3. Each team should submit the registration form on or before
February 5, 2016 (Friday) together with the payment.
C.2 Basketball
1. Each team shall compose of a minimum of 5 players and a maximum
7 players.
2. For ECE students, each player must pay P50.00 and for alumni,
P200.00 00 PER ENTRY.
3. Each team should submit the registration form on or before
February 5, 2016(Friday) together with the payment.
D. Disqualification

1. Upon the arrangement of schedules of the game, each team must be

on their respective schedule.

2. If late within 10 minutes, the team will be automatically declared as
a LOSER.
