Hello, its time to get ready for Woopi Summer Six-a-Side 2012/13
We invite you to enter a team and play in the THURSDAY EVENING SUMMER SIX-ASIDE competition. Please complete the team and player registration forms (in full) and return them with the full $450 team fee on one of the registration nights to be held on Monday 27th August and Monday 10th September from 7 to 8 pm upstairs at the SEAVIEW TAVERN, Woolgoolga. Returning teams have a registration acceptance preference on the first night (27/8/12) only. All new teams are warmly welcomed and can register on any night. Registration and Grading preferences will be given to any teams who are prompt and complete all the necessary registration requirements early.ie. first in, best dressed. We are keen to introduce a Mixed competition this year. Mixed teams must have a minimum of 3 females on the field at all times. Registration is only $10 for players who are already registered in another team and $50 for new players. All Mixed games will be played each week from 8:258:55pm. Registrations for the Mixed competition will be accepted until 6pm on Thursday 11 th October 2012. We hope you can enter a team and enjoy the extra game each week. Please make cheques payable to Woolgoolga Social Sports Club Inc. Team Co-ordinators are to ensure that all team members and supporters are aware of the following: 1. 2. 3. The emphasis is on FUN and FITNESS and games should be played in that spirit. All games will be played at the High St, Soccer Fields. All team members should be aware of the Administration, Game Rules & Club Policies for Six a Side 2012-2013 (attached). All Team Coordinators must include their email address & Mobile Phone Number for competition information. The Team Coordinator is responsible for advising his / her team of changes as notified. Players must be aware that the insurance cover is limited to partial and permanent disability. The Club recommends that any player concerned about

serious injury and/or a loss of earnings due to an injury sustained in the competition consider appropriate personal insurance.

5. All team members must wear identical distinctive team shirts. No fluorescent shirts allowed. All shirts are to be numbered and correspond with the team registration form. All teams must complete a shirt identification slip before the commencement of the first game of the season. Teams fielding players without the correct team strip will be warned on first occasion and deducted 3 competition points on all subsequent occasions. 6. All late Competition changes eg. Wet Weather cancellations will be advised by group sms to Team Coordinators and posted on the WUFC website by 5pm THE CLUB IS BOUND BY LIQUOR LICENSE CONDITIONS. The Club Alcohol Policy is attached. Penalties apply.

Please be mindful there are several changes to the rules and regulations from last season. All players need to understand the rules and regulations so all players and their families can participate in a friendly, safe environment. Ignorance of this information is not accepted as an excuse.
